Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions before proceeding to the villa booking form by confirming your acceptance at the bottom of the page.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings with Rent-CyprusVillas.Com. Any booking made or order placed by you, whether through this website or otherwise, shall be deemed an offer by you to rent the relevant accommodation subject to these terms & conditions. All bookings through this website and all matters arising from them are subject to Cyprus law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment due from the party. Booking services are currently only available to persons who are at least 18 years old. By submitting a booking you warrant and confirm to us that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.


2. Liability

The owners of the Villa accept no liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements and, in particular, accepts no liability for any loss, personal injury/illness or death however incurred. Although the owners uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of all information provided and the quality and facilities of the villa, we cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any problems that occur while guests occupy the villa. All information has been provided in good faith and no liability is accepted whatsoever by the owners for any misrepresentation of villa material or accommodation.

3. Payment

A deposit of CYP 150 ( Euro 260 ) is required during your online booking to guarantee your reservation. The CYP50 is to guarantee your reservation (non refundable in case of cancelation) and CYP 100 is for breakages deposit (refundable). Your booking can be done by providing your credit card number via our online booking form through the secured Paypal system. Once your deposit has been received, you will received an email confirmation with your booking. Upon arrival you will be  required to tell us your Passport Number and/or Identity Number for security reasons in case breakages exceed CYP 100. This will be done by signing an agreement with the owner of the Villa and by providing the above information.

4. Behaviour

It is your responsibility to ensure that you and the members of your party do not behave in a way which causes offence or danger to others or which risks damage to property belonging to others. In such circumstances the villa owners have the right to terminate arrangements made on your behalf, in which case the owners's responsibility to you ceases immediately and there can be no refunds, no payment of compensation and no reimbursement of any cost or expenses you may incur as a result. Further, you will be liable to reimburse the owners for any expenses whatsoever it incurs as a result of your behaviour. We hold your Credit Card and Passport Number as security for such reasons.

5. Arrival & Departures

Access to the villa will be after 2pm on your day of arrival to allow time for cleaning and servicing, and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

6. Insurance Policy

You are strongly advised to obtain holiday insurance with suitable cover. The use of the accommodation is at your own risk and no liability will be accepted for any loss or damage of belongings, or personal injury or death however incurred. Your insurance company will be pleased to advise you.
